Registration
A registration is required for all WWIC 2019 participants. It is mandatory for the authors of accepted papers to: (i) register for the conference at the full “author registration” rate, and (ii) present the paper at the conference. The full author registration deadline is on the 6th of May, 2019. For authors with multiple accepted papers, after the first author registration, each additional paper can be registered at the general attendee rate.

Author, Student and General Registration fees include:
- Participation to the conference
- All lunches and coffee breaks
- Banquet dinner ticket and social event ticket
- Digital access to the conference proceedings
Student Registration fee includes all the above other than the Banquet dinner ticket. Proof of valid student status is needed at the registration desk at the conference venue.
Extra dinner banquet event ticket is 50 euros.
Extra ticket for the social event is 20 euros.
Registration Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be submitted via email to wwic2019-chairs@edas.info and received by 31st of May 2019.
Cancellation Policy
Owing to the short time window to the conference, we are unable to issue a refund/cancellation.
